HIGH SCHOOL
(September through May)
We offer a training program designed to take players and their game to the next level. We offer early morning and late afternoon basketball training sessions and convenient access to a full-accredited on-campus academic program during the day.
Players will be given individual basketball assessment profiles by our coaching staff. Our personal training staff will put players through a rigorous series of physical assessments to develop a baseline for personal growth. Players will also participate in dynamic drill sequences designed to increase their fundamental skill in all areas of the game.
Off the court, a comprehensive strength training and nutrition program is designed to produce better on-court performance and reduce the risk of injury. We also focus on a comprehensive strength training and conditioning program, designed to improve on- court performance and reduce the risk of injury.
Players are provided with a custom program focused on basketball-specific exercises that will improve explosiveness, strength, core stability, flexibility, speed and quickness.
